Why Feminism Is For Men Too

Let's talk about it. The world isn't a great place for women, it never really was. But, then, it was never good for anyone different!

The recent wave of feminism that has risen, is a changed one from the bra burning kind. It has evolved with the times and is now, a movement that is inclusive of everything and everyone. And by that, we also mean the men.

HELLO MEN. HOW ARE YOU GUYS???

Feminism has been used in a derogatory manner for so long. And that's because everyone thinks it's an excuse that women make to outrage.

What people need to understand is, that with the advent of technology, many of our issues have disappeared. This has made us more aware of the social issues we face. Basically, over the last two centuries, we have been struggling to get through the day. Now that we can, with our ass warming chairs and 3D printed toys, we are growing more aware of what we, as a people, need to improve the way we perceive each other.

That is why women are demanding what they deserve. Because let's be honest, we HAVE been getting the shit end of the stick since the beginning of time, what with all the witch burning and constant birthing.

When women were granted voting rights and general rights as proper citizens of the world, we were glad. No, really. We were thankful.

But that's not enough! We still earn half of what the guys get, we still have to deal with people grabbing parts of our body when all we want to do is work, we still have to deal with just being killed halfway through wriggling our way out of the womb. We still suffer.

A prominent transgender activist from India once said, "Patriarchy isn't something that just harms women, it's something that harms anything feminine."

And it's true! Patriarchy boxes everyone up, and tells you what you have to be. And if you dare to cut a hole and try looking out, you're an idiot, a degenerate.

Patriarchy doesn't just force women to be meek, small creatures that obey. It is also the same idea that forces men to conform to this image of machismo, strength, physical dominance, and useless aggression. Basically, if you're a guy, you have to prove you have testosterone 24 X 7.

"WHAT KIND OF MAN CRIES?"

"MAN UP"

"BE A MAN"

"STOP ACTING LIKE A GIRL"

"ISN'T THAT GIRLY"

This is the shit that men have to deal with. If you're sweet or sensitive, you're gay. If you like pink, you're a woman. If you aren't well built or aren't bigger than your girlfriend, you're not a real man. If you're woke, you're an idiot or over sensitive.

Everyone has heard or said these things. Men AND women can be patriarchal. You'd be surprised what pieces of shit we can be.

The feminism movement, however, is all about inclusiveness.

It is this idea that men and women can be everything.

They can be strong, weak, thin, fat, loud, meek, soft, sensitive.
